An emerging real estate company based in Bangalore, requires experienced candidates with excellent communication skills.

  • Handling Pre Sales activities
  • Handling online portals.
  • Listing the property details in Social Media.
  • Taking updates on calls & mails regularly & achieve the given targets by management.
  • Generating leads from portals & newspaper ads.
  • Call to leads & Give the proper information to customers.
  • Customer handling, Follow ups & Negotiation / sitting with sales head
  • Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) should arrange the site visit for customer.
  • Booking & after sale Agreement to Registrations.
  • Taking a step each day in order to influence the betterment to improve the sales.
  • Updating monthly construction & other activities in Social media
  • Reporting to management about sales on weekly/monthly basis.
